    I also took a quick look at filebase plugin – it is pretty complex, so I’ll need more or less specific “steps to reproduce” to be able to fix the problem.

    Well, your plugin is deactivated at the moment because of filebase download manager can work properly.

    Without Usernoise enabled – I can’t help you. It is pretty complex to figure out the problem just seeing the site, right?

    Btw, wp filebase was updated today – may be it will help you.

    Yes, it’s updated, I tried that update Filebase and enable usernoise. But the problem is still there :-(((((

    If I enable Usernoise, my users (who paid for content) can not download because they can not open the categories and get the files

    Just enable it for half an hour and let’s try to figure out where the problem is.

    Ok enabled. The fact is that if you are visiting as guest and go to downloads there you can’t see any problem because there’s no categories only files. But when you go to there as registered (paid members or admin) there you will see the problem because there are the categories.

    So I would give you the admin access, but not here. Where to I send my details?
