[Plugin: User Access Manager] Suggestion for usage of tooltip class

Great plugin, I just have a suggestion.

From the uamadmin.css file, it calls a call .tooltip which is used general by a ton of WordPress themes and/or javascript files. Two ways around this, conditionally call the file only if the user is in “admin” of the website (pretty easy to figure out how to do with a Google search) or reconfigure the plugin to not use the general .tooltip class.
