[Plugin: User Access Manager] Breaks post thumbnails / featured images

When the ‘Lock Files’ option is turned on for file settings, featured images (were called post thumbnails in WP < 2.x) are breaking, both when displaying on the edit post/page screen at the bottom right, or when displayed in the theme itself. My WordPress installation is at /x/y/; when I look at the source, the img tag has src=”/x/image.jpg” – not using getfile at all, and the path is completely wrong anyway (the image is at /x/y/wp-content/uploads/.. etc).

Any ideas on why this is happening or if it can be fixed?
