I’ve inherited a wordpress site that has a custom coded shopping cart (that only supports Paypal) that I’d like to replace with a plugin.

I really like this plugin because it looks like I can add products on the fly without having to maintain a catalog.

Unfortunately, the wordpress site has a sub-site that’s basically a hand-coded user dashboard (that works very well) and needs to be able to:

    A. Add items (ad-hoc) to shopping cart
    B. Be able to retrieve (at least) number of items in cart (to display cart, I can always send them back to the parent (WordPress) site)

Is there some way to do this? Or would I have to hand code that sort of functionality myself?

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the wordpress site has a sub-site that’s basically a hand-coded user dashboard (that works very well) and needs to be able to:

Does the above sub-site has our plugin installed?

The sub-site is not a wordpress site, it has no plugins.

If the sub-site it not a WordPress site, then this is not going to work with our plugin unfortunately.

    Kind regards
