 * Over the last three days I have been attempting to install a new plugin. I have
   been having issues with the wordpress page freezing and the upload stopping,
   or if it does get to 100%, which is rare I get an error, are you sure you want
   to do this. I have attempting many things to ix this, my internet connection
   isn’t very fast, but I doubt this could be an issue as it never has been before.
   I have disabled all my plugins, and my theme and activated the wordpress 2017
   one, and this didn’t help the issue, I can still upload media without any issues.
   I have tried uploading various plugins with the same issue, however if I install
   a free plugin through wordpress, it works fine, I am thinking an upload issue.
   I have uploaded my plugin using ftp, in a zip file and extracted using cPanel
   file manager, however when in wordpress the plugin won’t display under the plugins
   area to activate it. I have searched for everything on google that may help and
   still have had little success with this problem. Can anyone please help, it would
   be greatly appreciated,
 * Thanks,
    David…

 * For more information, I have checked my host has available storage space left.
   I have administrative rolls, I haven’t altered any other backend files as I don’t
   believe anything should have been altered since I last uploaded a plugin.

 * Where can I find this error log?
 * Do you mean download them, delete them on the server and upload again?
 * Thanks for your answer…

 * Hi,
    1- Your hosting provider can give you error log detail easily. You need
   to share this error log detail with me.
 * 2- I was requested to upload the latest version WordPress again at your site.
 * Thanks
    Mohammad

 * I have emailed my hosting provider for the error log. I have tried re-installing
   the newest version of WordPress on itself, this didn’t fix the issue, I will
   send you an error report once my hosting provider gets back to me.

 * Hello, My hosting provider has gotten back to me asked me to check cPanel/errors,
   which displays no errors and public_html/error_log, which is a file that I don’t
   have and can’t find. Is this a file I should definitely have? Anywhere else I
   can look for error logs?

 * Hi,
    1. Open the File Manager in your web host’s management panel /CPANEL.
 * 2. Go to the document directory of your website installation.
 * 3. Make a backup of wp-config.php.
 * 4. Open wp-config.php and insert or edit lines that control logging.
 * The following constant definitions need to be either added or edited in your
   wp-config.php file:
 * define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
 * Most WordPress installations already have an entry for WP_DEBUG set to false
   so you’ll need to change this value to true. It’s not that common to have WP_DEBUG_LOG
   already set in the wp-config so most likely you’ll have to add that line.
 * After you’re done editing ensure that WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are set to true
   and that each constant is only defined once in wp-config.php
 * Thanks
    Mohammad
