Plugin upgrade notes disappeared!

I just updated to WP 2.6 and was going through updating a few plugins as I had 11 that needed it. I updated 3, the last being All In One SEO Pack, then all my upgrade notices disappeared. According to my plugins page, all my plugins are up to date, but I know that is not the case, cause I can see that the installed versions of a few are not what shows up as the latest version on their respective wordpress.org pages, and they also showed that an upgrade was available till all the notes disappeared.
I tried disabling all my plugins and just activating one that I new needed updating, but it still showed it up to date.

Advice?
