# [Plugin: UpdraftPlus Backups] 404 error & No Completed Backup

 * Hi,
 * I disabled my caching plugin and attempt the Debug Full Backup when I noticed
   my backups were not working.
 * Now the page takes a while and spins, then says “404, page not found”.
    The pages
   is …/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus
 * When I hit refresh on the page, it loads, but it says “No backup has been completed.”
 * I checked in the wp-content/updraft folder and there are backup files there. 
   The files are not loaded to my google drive.
 * I also keep getting errors like this:
 * `File exists (/home/hapatite/hapatite.com/wp-content/updraft/backup_2013-06-24-
   1316_Hapatite_93eafe483f82-uploads.zip.tmp), but was apparently not modified 
   within the last 30 seconds, so we assume that any previous run has now terminated(
   time_mod=1372094336, time_now=1372094532, diff=196) (Jun 24 17:22:12)`
