# [Plugin: Updraftplus] backup file question

 * I just installed this plugin and backed up to Dropbox. Instead of creating one
   neatly zipped file like every other backup plugin, it actually created ten separate
   files with .gz and .zip extensions. I have absolutely no idea what this is all
   about, but it appears useless when it comes to restoring, and any sense of organization.
   Please help.
 * There is no support offered except for general FAQs or after a purchase.
