 * I receive the notices just fine when there is an update to a plugin but every
time I update it I get a notification saying that it failed and this message
   on the plugin page:
 * The plugin _plugin name_ has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does
   not exist.
 * I’m sick of having to manually delete (via ftp) and re installing each plugin.

 * Maybe some hosts do not allow this from paranoia. Might want to ask your host
   about it.
