 * Any update of the plugin above 1.3.6 does not work. When going in to add additional
   shipping address, instead of the fill in boxes it has coding errors instead.

 * We just released version 1.5.1 of the plugin which fixes all of the issues in
   the plugin that we know about.
 * If you are still having any issues with the plugin after updating please let 
   us know and we can look into it.
