 * Oh my
    this plugin literally disable the plugin updates. i have notice in my 
   admin bar 12 plugins need update but when i ckick on it in the update page saying
   no updates available.

 * Is that admin bar on a public page or in wp-admin ? If it’s on a public page 
   then maybe it was cached for a long time.
