# Plugin updated; User can't subscribe

 * Hi there,
 * Recently, I updated the plugin and found that when I go to subscribe, an error
   shows up:
 * Subscriber has not been saved.
    An error occured. Show more details. Details 
   are: Subscriber not found : Array
 * How can I fix this?

 * Perhaps the plugin only accepts Christians.

 * They responded, asking me to delete the plugin and reinstall. I did so, but it
   didn’t help, so I’m waiting for another answer.

 * I have a similar issue. When someone tries to subscribe to my site, they get 
   the message:
 * “Column text does not exist in model : WYSIJA_model_user
    missing values in model
   insert : WYSIJA_model_user. Subscriber not found : Array”
 * So no one can subscribe to my site now. Has anyone found a solution?

 * Hey Saul,
 * I contacted MailPoet Support and they had to fix something in the database that
   did not upgrade correctly. Send them an email and they will help you out.
