    After allowing the application to work, the screen will return to the next screen with “アプリケーションに戻ります。しばらくお待ちください。 (Japanese)” is displayed.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This issue is due to Twitter policies. You can resolve this issue by configuring your own custom app for Twitter. To create a custom app follow the steps given below.

    Steps to set up a custom app:

    1. Go to the Custom app tab in the WordPress social login plugin.

    2. Click on the Add Application button.

    3. Select the Twitter app in the dropdown list and follow the instructions to set up the app.

    Please let me know if you face any issues while configuring the custom application for Twitter.

    Does it mean that getting Twitter api has become mandatory?

    Hi,

    Our twitter default app is facing some issues. So you have to create your own custom app to make Twitter work. When the issues get resolved then you can use the default miniOrange Twitter app.

    Till the time please configure your custom app.
