Plugin Update Fatal Error

    Update: 10/31/18 There have been about 5 or 6 instances of the plugin causing a “fatal” error, varies from total web lockout, and other instances with just the gallery delivering a “fatal error” code on the page. Each time it’s been related to one of their “ADD ON” features, namely the pagination… or the full size add on.

    Their support has ALWAYS fixed the issue the same day, by rolling out a “fix” plugin. This seems to be happening a bit more often since Envira was bought out.

    I’m very sorry for the trouble! We pushed out yesterday as you say. I sincerely apologize for any trouble!

    We’re putting a process in place to prevent this in the future. The issue is when the core plugin is updated but some of the other addons don’t update. We’ll be preventing this in the future
