# Plugin Update Fail

 * I’m trying to update plugins on our site.
 * I get the Connection Information window asking for Hostname, FTP user/password
   and the type of FTP.
 * I enter in my credentials. It loads for a second and then gives me a “Update 
   Failed: Plugin Update Failed”.
