 * Hi there,
 * When you try to install again do you get the same error or a different one?
 * Please make sure to follow these instructions to properly install it:

 * [@hybrid10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hybrid10/)
 * While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC
   file:
 * [https://hyperstv.com/xmlrpc.php](https://hyperstv.com/xmlrpc.php)
 * This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site.
   It must return the following message:
 * XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
 * You can see a working example here:
 * [http://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php](http://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php)
 * Since your site returns an error for this page, I would recommend that you check
   the following:
 * 1. Can you see the xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation
   when accessing your site via FTP?
 * 2. Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so,
   could you disable them?
 * 3. Does your hosting provider block access to this file? You may need to contact
   them to find out.
 * Let us know how that goes!

 * Excellent! A responsive host is very important 🙂
 * We are no longer seeing the xmlrpc error, but we are now seeing a cron error.
 * Can you contact your host again? Have them check to see if cron is working and
   enabled on your site.
 * Also, check your site’s `wp-config.php` file and let us know if WP Cron is currently
   disabled for your site. If it is, you’ll see this in your file:
 * `define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true );`
 * Please remove this if it’s present.
 * Another thing you might try is installing this plugin:
 * [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/)
 * It will let you see see what’s going on with the cron jobs on your server/site.
 * Thank you!

   for the recommendations buddy

 * FI you find that line in your `wp-config.php` file just delete it and cron will
   start working again.
 * If you can’t do it yourself. you can ask your host to edit that file for you.

 * ok [@fotis](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fotis/), thanks for helping out,
   i speak with my host support and they insist i should create a cron through the
   cpanel under the advance list, is it same with the above illustration? and meanwhile
   i also speak with a friend of mine over the cron stuff and insist that i should
   as well do the same to yours but am confused right now

 * It will have the same result. If your host is insisting on setting up cron through
   cPanel then go for it. Your site is on their infrastructure and they know better
   😉
