# plugin update does not work

 * plugin update does not work
    it gives error about file permissions I guess, but
   it does not provide where it needs file permissions. and why is it trying to 
   update when it does not have file permissions; it should give me “here i need
   permissions”, instead it tries to update for minutes and at the end it says “
   files were unable to create at public_html” (!!! hellooo, wordpress is not installed
   at public_html !!!!!!!! it is installed under public_html/mysite.com !!!!!) and
   creates a .maintenance file!
 * Apache 2.0.61, FreeBSD, PHP 5.2.5
