We have temporary deactivated the plugin and it fixed the issue.
When trying to access the home page right after the update to version 4.16, it said, “too many redirect try clearing your cookies.” Cleared cookies nothing, can’t access the home page.
Tried from different computer and from different IP address. Still no home page.
Disabled the plugin. The site is live and working.
Where can I find an older version as it worked perfectly?

    Thank you

Sounds identical to the one I reported a week or so ago. Sadly no answer to mine yet. Im looking for another plugin.

    hello,
thank you for reporting this, for sure you setup invalid redirects that cause the infinite loop of redirects and this can be solved be checking your redirects page

please let me know if you can solve this issue or still need any help

    Yes I do need help.

I have created NO new redurects. All I have done is upgrade the plugin.

So the upgrade must include s change which is causing an existing redirect to fail, which did not fail before.

    What might that change be?

I’m encountering an identical issue as well. Updating the plugin to version 4.16 causes a “too many redirects” error on the home page. The plugin worked fine in version 4.14 with WordPress 5.0.3 installed.

So, I reactivated the plugin and went into redirect settings. If you have an old home page with http, may be, redirecting to home page with https in this plugin, get rid of that redirect. I also got rid of all redirects that weren’t clicked ever but linked to home page. It fixed the issue.
I don’t know how scientific is that. But it works now.

Thats great. But it would be a LOT easier if we were told what had changed to cause the error to only happen after the update. Then we would need to spend hours guessing.

    hello,
    sorry for being late,
kindly update to the latest version to solve this issue
