# Plugin " Unknown Error"

 * I went to go install a new plugin and when I go to the “add new” page, It just
   says
    ” unknown error, Try again.’
 * Can someone tell me if this is on my end or on the servers end!

 * I’m having the same issue – I’ve tried deactivating and deleting potentially 
   problematic plug-ins. Still no luck. I’m still a beginner user so not really 
   sure how to troubleshoot the problem.
