 * When I try to download a plugin for my website this message pops up and I am
not able to even search the plugin I am looking for. I have a feeling this could
be due to the file permissions?
 * An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this
server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support
   forums.

 * This is a server issue – sometimes caused by a failure to compile PHP with cUrl.
   Contact your hosts about it.
