  • Hi Josh, i recently update the version of

    Ultimate tinymce, and this broken my website.
    I try to Up the Backup but dont work,

    See above the message that i receive when try
    to login on wordpress:

    I’m sorry for my lack of education, I am worried.

    Please Josh, help me, your plugin is Amazing,
    and my website need you and your Ultimate TinyMCE.

    I’ve honestly never seen this before.

    If you need my help.. then I’m going to need an FTP account for your WP installation.

    Here are the steps I would take if you don’t want to send me the info (which I understand).

    1. Access the file structure via FTP.
    2. Delete the folder (if exists) “wp-content/plugins/ultimate-tinymce”.
    3. Now, try to log into your admin.
    4. If successful, attempt to install Ultimate Tinymce from plugins.
    5. If it breaks again, repeat steps 1 through 3… STOP… and let me know.
