    Yeah, I’m not too fond of this tinymce feature. It’s extremely “touchy”.

    Try using Firefox browser to work with the divs.

    nuthan, there is a toggle absolute button for layers and then you can just move it to where ever you like.

    yes there are absolute position layer buttons, but none work. They dont move anywhere i wanted…

    Did you try using the Mozilla Firefox browser to insert and position the divs?

    I did not try opening it in Firefox. I m fan of chrome.
    Thanks a lot Josh. It worked like a charm in Firefox. Any specific reason why this does not work in chrome? any solution for that?

    Well, the developers over at Moxiecode (the ones who created tinymce) seemed to think Firefox would be the best browser to make the most compatible with Tinymce.

    I will be attempting to make a few of the features of the plugin a little more friendly with cross-browser compatibility; but for now, we must resort to using Firefox for certain features…

    No solution currently… but working on it 🙂
