  • Resolved hyzteric

It used to be working fine but I noticed today (I don’t know for how long it’s like that) that the cloud is empty!

I have no error, but I just have my title bar with no tag cloud :-/

  • Hi, sorry about the late reply.

Has this been resolved? I could take a closer look if you’re still having problems.

I would appreciate if could take a closer look.
    I’m still having the problem.

How can I give you more information to look for the problem?

If your page is live just give me the link and I’ll have a look for my self. Otherwise just use the browser to “view source” (usually found by right clicking the page) and paste the source into and give me the url.

Have you tried to use the standard tag cloud shipped with WordPress? Does that work for you?

Maybe I’ll look into some kind of debugging output function which people can use to help debugging.

    Thanks for your reply.

The page is live : http://emma [dot] lveb [dot] be/

For the moment I put two tag clouds, the WordPress standard and yours.
It is spelled “Nuage de Mots-clefs” in french.

    Thanks for your time,

From what I can see all the tags only have one post associated with them. With the latest version there was a new setting which you could use to set the minimum amount of posts a tag must have in order for it to be included. Could you check that that setting is set to zero? Otherwise I’d have to build some kind of debugging tool for the next release.

I couldn’t really live with not finding the solution to your problem so I just added a debugging option at the bottom of the widget settings, just enable it and use to paste the debug information, or keep it enabled and I’ll check out your page. 🙂

You need to update to 1.3.4 before the option appears.

Thank you for the debugging tool.

I first tried to set the minimum amount of posts to 0 but it is still the same.

Anyway, there are many tags with more than one post (The “papa” tag has 5 posts), but you can’t see much when you’re not logged in. You can create a new account on my blog for further testing if you have the time.

Here is the debug code :

    Hi there!

I noticed there was a new version of your plugin. I updated it and now it works again!

    Thank you very much 🙂
