  • No Support at all! The plug in works sometimes and sometimes it does´t! You´ll just be wasting your money if you buy the full version, sure it looks all pretty, but it´s nothing if there is now customer support or no way to voice your ideas or what has gone wrong with the plug in, if yo´re going to use this, just use the free version, don´t pay a dime until they have a customer care service / support!

    No, did that 3 or 4 times already, never gotten any response, so no thank you. What makes you think you will answer if i write you the 4th or 5th time? Start by answering the mail you´ve already gotten and then we can talk.

    Well.. it took a bit of time to get in contact with the support, but when i did, they were quick and helpful, thanx 🙂

    I purchased the full version of this product and discovered that videos that are 4:3 aspect ratio do not display properly. I finally found contact information for Antonio Pera and he responded to me and finally acknowledged the problem with the plugin but was not able to give me any kind of ETA for a fix. His last communication was on Sept 14th. I just visited the site and it looks like they have changed the demo for the plugin, so perhaps they are working on it. I just wish they would reply since I did pay for the plugin.
