[Plugin: Twitter Tools] feature request: timestamp & links

I just installed the twitter tools plugin and overall like it. I’ve activated the option to create a daily digest of posts and it seems to work, although there was a delay in the automatic posting when I tested it. There are two simple (haha) features that would make the output much nicer:
- a timestamp
- a link back to the original tweet
Not sure what would be involved in setting that up, but it would be a nice addition to an already nifty plugin.
