 * When I updated this plugin to 1.9.1 my backend went blank. PHP log showed the
   following error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /retail/wp-content/
   plugins/facebook-events-widget/facebook-events-widget.php on line 285
 * I renamed the folder for this plugin and was able to access the backend again.
I renamed the folder for this plugin back to original and tried to activate it
again and received the following message:
 * Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error:
syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /retail/wp-content/plugins/facebook-
   events-widget/facebook-events-widget.php on line 285.

 * I got the following error when updating:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING
   or ‘(‘ in /home/content/84/9130084/html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-events-widget/
   facebook-events-widget.php on line46
 * What’s happening? Any guidance is much appreciated; our student population loves
checking the site to see the events within the community; so looking to resolve
   it; thanks for any help!
