    Hi, I downloaded WP Live Chat and I love it. When I tried to translate Settings on my dashboard, it were imposible to translate everything. So in my online chat box it is still Close in English and in my offline chat box I can’t translate Leave a message. I translated whole plugin in slovenian language but the things stays the same. Any sugestion how to translate mentioned text? Regards

    Please advise if you are using a language switching plugin on your site, or if the site’s default language has been set to Slovenian?

    We’ve debugged a bit on our side and have found that some of the strings that are parsed via JavaScript don’t always get translated for some reason.

    We are looking into this and will release an update when this has been fixed.

    Hi,

    thanks for your help. This is not regarding to this topic but I also notice that in my Live Chat History is text, which I think don’t belong in this section. There is not info about chat history but it says: No chat sessions available at the moment. Sorry about changing topic.

    Do you perhaps have any of our extensions installed? Or are you only using the Free version?

    Just to confirm, have you had any chats whereby one has been started and you as the agent has ended it? This list will only show chats that have already been chatted to and were ended by either the agent or the visitor.

    Hi,

    I just downloaded and using the free version, with no extensions added.There were no chats with customers, I only test if plugin working, so I chat with myself.
    Yesterday I updated the plugin and have to download the translate files again. May I send you my translated files so you can add it for next update?
