 * Hi there,
 * I’m using Plausible CE 3.2.0 and the Plugin version Version 2.5.7.
 * I’m unable to connect the plugin to Plausible. I’ve confirmed that the plugin
   token is correct (added directly and also from the link). The Domain name is
   correct and the CE domain name also correct.
 * The Plausible CE site is also whitelisted on Cloudflare WAF. As a sanity check,
   I even reinstalled Plausible CE onto a new server with a new IP.
 * Using the script method by adding the js to the <head> is working, it’s just
   the Plugin Token not working. Hope you can help me on this. Thanks!

 * Hi!
 * A few things to check:
    - when you click “create a Plugin Token” or “Create Token” on the plugin’s Settings
      screen. Does it open a new window? And if so, does the URL in the new window
      point to your CE instance?
      If not, double check the Domain name setting in
      the Community Edition tab.
    - If it does, click Create Token and copy the token using the “Copy” button
      to the right of the input field, to make sure you’re not accidentally copying
      additional spaces, etc.
 * If that doesn’t work, since this isn’t an issue in the WP plugin, I suggest you
   visit the CE forum for help: [plausible/analytics Self Hosted Support · Discussions · GitHub](https://github.com/plausible/analytics/discussions/categories/self-hosted-support)

 * Hi Daan,
 * Yes, on “create a plugin token”, it does open a new window to my CE instance.
 * Yes, I’ve also copied the token using the copy button.
 * It is still not validating my token. Again, adding the script directly to the
   website <head> is working. It is only not validating when I try to use the plugin.
 * Thanks!
