*** Plugin to use to show you how many people clicked on an email

Hello. We have a magazine that we publish with an online directory and I’m looking for help finding a plugin that will allow me to track (and pass along to the advertiser) who clicked on their contact email from our site. I want to be able to say that x number of people clearly found them through our site. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, which plugin would you recommend?
