Plugin to retrospectively sort media into month&year folders for existing me

Hi all,

A WP site I’ve taken over has media/uploads sorting turned off so it’s just one massive uploads folder. Does anyone know of any plugins that will retrospectively sort uploads back into year/month folders and update the paths in the database so I don’t have to go back and reselect featured images for every post?

I’ve given Media Library Plus a try but it won’t update paths for media already used in posts.
