plugin to require name /email of user to access post / page?

    Has anyone heard of / know of a plugin that would require a user to leave their name and email to gain permission to view a post / page?

    not interested in password protection, and not global / site wide specifically I want them to be willing to provide their name / email to view a specific post or page.
