Is there a set of plugins that can achieve the following? Or should i break down and have a professional build my site?
User completes an online form and submits it.
This form is categorized by certain criteria the user selects in the form.
These submitted forms are accessible by other users via search by key words or browse by category and are able to complete a comment form on the information submitted.
The original author can edit the form he submitted as needed.
I was going to start with gravity forms but it looks like it is not capable of front end editing by the author.
