# Plugin to insert data from form into db table.

 * I’ve tested 1OWeb Form Maker and it will allow me to create a front end form 
   that I can map the data in the form to my db data table and subsequently provide
   a list of submission in a table in the backend. In turn it can use the submissions
   table in a front end page. I like it, but are there any other similiar plugins?
   I’m creating a bldg mte request form and using it to track progress on the request.
