# Plugin to insert code into post

 * I am searching for days now to find a good plugin to insert code into a wordpress
   post which show the code into the article as-is, instead of the browser using
   that code.
 * I have already tried one, but it wasn’t what I needed. The visitor must be able
   select the code automatically, so he can quickly copy/paste.
 * Thx in advance!

 * I believe my plugin External Files will help. It provides a shortcode which imports
   code from a file or url and auto-highlights it.
