Plugin to find links in site to specific internal URLs?

I’m cleaning up site URLs and content on an organization’s site that is a bit bloated and disorganized. I want to use custom post types to streamline their organization. These CPTs will functionally replace other content.

Is there a straightforward way to find pages that have active links to specific URLs? As I create the CPTs, I want to update links from old bloated pages to the new CPTs. Or is it really just going to be a page-by-page audit? With 160 pages, many with redundant info, that’s going to be quite the time-intensive task that I’d like to avoid if technology can help out. 🙂
