Plugin to block IP then redirect.

Is there away to redirect IP’s that are spamming a wordpress blog to a separate site?

I know I can block IPs using several different plugins, but that only makes the robots change there IP.
Is there a plugin that will not only block the IP, but redirect the offender to a dummy site where they can place all the “enlargement” ads they want?

Or even better, a plug in that redirects them to site B, then I could set up a redirect from site B that redirects them to site C, which redirects them back to site B which in turn redirect them to site C and around and around they’d go until the robot times out.
