• I tested the icon drap and drop freature in both Firefox or Internet Explorer. I am unable to customize the toolbar with TinyMCE Advanced 3.3.9 using WordPress 3.1.

Plus, there is no toolbar (kitchen sink) on post/page edit when this plugin is activated.

This is usually caused by another plugin that adds some incompatible JS to all pages in the admin. Can you look for JS errors on the TinyMCE Advanced settings page?

The “Kitchen Sink” button can be added to any toolbar except the last one and it hides the next toolbar row. With TinyMCE Advanced you can decide which toolbar should be hidden or you can remove that button and not hide any toolbar.
