[Plugin: TinyMCE Advanced] TinyMCE no longer works!

I’ve upgraded most of my sites to WP3.2.1 and now TMCE does not work. Not only that but the visual editor doesn’t work either – it just looks like the HTML editor. Very frustrating! Please help.
