[Plugin: Theme My Login] Lost Password email not sending

    I’ve just upgraded to the latest “Theme My Login” plugin and everything works fantastic, except I’m not getting the password retrieval email. I’m testing it as a subscriber and it does send the “Retrieve Password” email to the user, but it does not send the second “Reset Password” email that has the actual reset %user_pass% password value. I’m not sure why it sends the first notification, but not the actual reset password notification?
