• I try to edit my profile, and it seems to redirect me to the logout page. My profile comes up, but near the bottom with the genesis layout options, it says fatal error, and the save changes button doesn’t appear.

Also, the page looks wrong. The sidebars don’t appear

This only happened after I installed this plugin. When I deactivate it, I can access my profile page. I reactivate it, my profile screws up again.

Please give me access to your site so I can see what is going on.

I don’t know if it’s affecting my (only)contributor/editor or not. She hasn’t contacted me yet saying that she’s having trouble viewing her profile. I’ve messaged her, but it could take a while to get a response…

I just registered and it displays properly for me. What does the error say?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function menu_page_url() in /home/jmninten/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/admin/user-meta.php on line 159

The side bar on the right disappears, and the save changes button isn’t there…

    Here’s a screen-shot, although I don’t know if the pic will work…

Oh, and near the top of the page it says “You’re here: Home/Logout.

Sorry, the image didn’t show. Here’s a direct link to a larger view of the pic: http://oi55.tinypic.com/2u5u96q.jpg

The picture is of the top and bottom of the page, where the main errors are.

The error is caused by the Genesis theme. More than likely, it is only requiring the needed files if in the admin. You will need to create a custom function to include the needed Genesis files if on the profile page.

I have no idea how to do that… This is the first time I’ve tried running a website, and I only really have a basic knowledge of html. (And that’s mostly just bold and italics…)
