[Plugin: The OpenHook Customizations Manager] [Plugin: The Openhook Customization Manager] No hooks

I went into Thesis Customization Manager (v. 3.3.1) this morning, clicked on the drop down menu to edit a hook, and there was nothing in the drop down menu. I have Thesis checked in the Active action groups on the main settings page. I did install the Thesis Import Export plugin earlier in the day, along with the Thesis toolbar plugin. I have since deactivated and deleted those plugins, and that didn’t seem to help – there are still no hooks in the drop down menu. There are hooks in the wordpress drop down menu. Does anyone have any suggestions?
