[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Removing the "Month/Year Seperator"

    When viewing the source for the website I can see

    <span class="tribe-events-list-separator-month">...

    However when viewing the source files I cannot find that anywhere except in JS and CSS files. I would like to remove this span as I would like my events to just be listed without a seperator, however as I cannot find it in a php/html file I do not know how to remove it.

    I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

    Another issue if anyone can answer (but the above is more important)
    The site’s title in the browser tab is ‘ Site TitleUpcoming Events ‘ instead of being ‘Site Title » Upcoming Events’, does anyone have any suggestions?
