I think the problem I was having was the theme I was using. It broke and part of the theme disappeared and affected the way the plugin displayed information. I think it is better now. I have a friend putting the info in for me but I haven’t really tried doing it myself. I will have to check the plugin and see what she was doing?
Thanks for confirming as much, Lisa. No huge rush on this since it seems you’ve found a workaround solution…but if you can figure out what was up we’d be happy to try and advise based on that. Is it OK to mark the thread RESOLVED in the interim, though? Let me know if not. Thanks!
