[resolved] Calendar sidebar shows redundant start/end date for events (4 posts)

    I am creating a duplicate entry for this thread since the one the recent one from 3 days ago said the issue was resolved when it wasn't.
    Is my understanding correct that you cannot remove the second redundant date on a same day listing (unless possibly you purchase PRO which I am willing to do if it is necessary).
    The solution for the previous thread is to delete the end date altogether, which does not work for multiple day events. The ending date needs to be only removed for one day events.
    Do I have this right or is there a workaround. You can see how this is applied at this site .

    Hi there TSemmes. You understand this correctly; the current implementation as it stands in 2.0.9 is actually a bug and not the intended behavior. We are working to get this patched - so you can remove the second redundant date - for the 2.0.10 release, which we're working on now and should be out sometime this month.

    I upgraded to 2.0.10 but don't see the option to remove the redundant date. Is that option not in the current version?

    Hi TSemmes. Thanks for the follow-up. Apologies if my last comment was misleading; this has been fixed in PRO (where you have the checkboxes to hide/enable these; it wasn't working previously) like so: http://d.pr/i/mFYi.

    That being said, you should still be able to hide it in free/core with a template override. You checked out the process at http://tri.be/faq/what-are-template-overrides-and-how-do-i-do-them/.
