[Plugin: The Events Calendar] 1.5.6 Released

  • Several recent threads had to do with the fix for the $date problem in setOptions(). This release is tiny and only fixes that bug.

  • How do we do the update while keeping any changes we have made? I didn’t know of the automatic upgrade would wipe out what I have done.

I think i have made edits on the css, single post & list (in the events folder), and events list load widget display. Who knows what else really, basically just playing around, usually late at night so I don’t remember all the files I have touched.

    TheLargeBear,

It would be wise to backup your website/wordpress directory structure to a local computer or alternative server prior to any upgrades on a live site that you do not want to lose your tweeks.

Otherwise, most upgrades themes, plug-ins, and etc. replace the directory structure has been what I have found.
