plugin that makes user fill out form before downloading file?

    I’ve looked at some of the populat file download plugins, but I can;t find one that first asks the user to fill out a form in order to gtet to the download link.

    My situation is that I want to offer users the ability to download an invitation, but only after the have filled out a form. It would be great if the invitation’s URL was then “unique” so people could not bypass that registration if their friend just sends them the download URL.

    Is something like this available for WP?
