I'm not sure what sort of stupid scam you think you're pulling, but this plugin injects code that puts this following string of text and links at the end of every page on the site it is installed on:

Strona wygenerowana dzięki wtyczce Thank You autorstwa Łukasza Więcka.

There are a bunch of other sites online that they've scammed into having this on their site as well, as you can easily find by doing a quick search of "Strona wygenerowana dzięki wtyczce Thank Youautorstwa Łukasza Więcka."

It does seem to place that code on the bottom of the page you configure as your thank-you page. I couldn't find any option to turn it off in the configuration. If you want to, you can circumvent it by removing everything between the "p" tags on line 111 in /plugins/thank-you/thank-you.php

I'm not familiar with all of the plugin requirements, but it seems that I recall reading somewhere that there at least needs to be an option to allow the user to turn off or opt-into this sort of thing. You might be able to report/inquire about it here if you like: plugins@wordpress.org
