[Plugin: TemplateHelp Featured Templates] Widget drag & drop disable when this plugin activates

Soon as this plugin is activated the Widget drag & drop ceases to work in both 3.3 and 3.3.1 versions. I have reinstalled both wordpress and the plugin from new downloads with the same result. Soon as I deactivate this plugin, problem is resolved.
