 * In every post-title, i want a default information.
 * example: if someone fill in a content title with: “My Family”” … or “Hello” i
   want automaticly fill in “2010 -” in every posttitle. so that i have here: “2010–
   My Family” oder “2010 – Hello” as post-title.
