[Plugin: Taxonomy Drill-Down] Drop-down results inconsistent across 3 tax's (1 post)

I'm having trouble with a custom post type ("agreements") not working with the Taxonomy Drill-Down plugin as expected; I have 3 filters (college, high school, program), which all options when selected as filters (except for 2 in "programs" taxonomy - not sure why those 2 are different as content is basically the same) send me to a 404 page on filter submit. I have a sense that there's something up with whatever changed in plugin versions 1.3.2 and 1.4 and/or WP versions 3.0/1 and 3.1.2 as this project (http://www.techprep.davidensor.com/agreements/) was put on hold for a couple of months and this all worked prior to me upgrading to latest versions (though I've tried changing plugin versions to no avail - 1.3, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, development).

One additional note: if I select 2 taxonomy options (that will result in a single result), it will bring up a result on submit - for example, select HS: D. Russel Lee and College: MU.

I'm using the following related plugins (other unrelated plugins excluded):
    - Ultimate Taxonomy Manager (1.1.10)
    - Custom Content Type Manager (0.9.0)
    - Simple Custom Post Type Archives (0.9.3)
    - (as stated) Taxonomy Drill Down (1.4)

I've been researching this for a few days and now behind schedule, so any quick responses would be GREATLY appreciated. I need to move forward, so open to options on completing this project ASAP.

The only sort of related response I've seen in forums to this topic indicate that someone should try twenty-ten theme; I haven't gone through the steps of "testing" that for verification, BUT I'm very curious why this might work; Is there something in functions.php or elsewhere which this plugin relies upon?

Feel free to contact me offline if needed.

    Dave
